Honestly, ranking high for a keyword is easier than getting high PR. Although an unstable PR7 is quite easy. And blackhatting a PR8 and PR9 is also easy but it looks like there will be some judges in this contest that will be able to see the blackhat stuff. Everything will all depend on the the rules which they have not released yet.
