I was thinking work is the only thing that would really get in the way but I guess I could sleep for 20 minutes on my lunch break so it can work out. Im ready when you are Ryan and im dead serious.

I used to have have a sleep pattern like this, although not quite as extreme. And also... I wouldn't do it very often... I would just do it when I was just too damn tired to work.

Basically I would say that I wanted to get 7 hours of sleep a day. Well instead of going to bed at 12am and getting up at 7am. I would sleep any time, but only four 1-2 hours at a time. Then as soon as the alarm clock goes off, jump out of bed, and get crackin' on whatever you need to do. It sounds kind of unhealthy... and maybe it was... but the energy boost you get feels quite nice. =]

Maybe some day when I make enough money to quit my job I'll try this "true" polyphasic sleep pattern. Anything like that is worth a shot for me.

Benj still works on this Polyphasic Sleep Pattern. That's why I rank Benj in my top 5.
